J. Derick Benson
J. Derick Benson - President and Chief Executive Officer
Derick, a true leader in the industry, has almost 20 years
of experience in Direct Sales business development. His
mastery of leadership skills are evidenced by promotions
into top positions in two different companies and in building
organizations comprised of thousands of associates throughout
the United States and Canada.
Derick demonstrates a passion for, and recognizes the
need to empower others with the knowledge and skills necessary
to create financial and time freedom. He founded a successful
nationwide success-coaching and mentorship program which
was developed to help people master the techniques for building
and managing a successful home based business.
With great insight into the Network Marketing profession
and a clear vision of meeting the needs and desires of people
of all ages and from all walks of life throughout the United
States, Derick founded OHANA Health & Wealth Company. Innovative
products of the highest quality and his Advanced Leverage
Marketing plan, a cutting-edge compensation program unique
to OHW, will benefit Associates for years to come, helping

Deborah Mathis - Executive Vice President and Corporate
Secretary

Deborah is often described as a “born entrepreneur”.
Shortly after achieving her Bachelor of Science degree and
Teaching Credentials, and while still in her early twenties,
she founded and ran a successful private elementary school.
Years later she sold her school, relocated and continued
her career in education as a school administrator of a large
private school in Southern California where she was highly
regarded and respected for her leadership skills, professionalism
and ability to work with and communicate effectively with
her students, teachers and parents.
After twenty years in education, Deborah made the decision
to retire so she could stay home with her newest baby boy.
She achieved her real estate license during this time and
went to work selling homes. A fellow Realtor introduced
her to Direct Sales and she never looked back. The concept
of creating a residual income, the tremendous power of leverage
and the fact that she could help other people in the process
was enough to change her direction and her life. She partnered
in the business with J. Derick Benson when he asked her
to join his Mentorship Program as a trainer and leader 7
years ago. . Since then, she has worked closely along-side
Derick creating and building OHANA Health & Wealth Company.
Deborah is now, as a member of OHW's Corporate Team,
utilizing her business expertise, organizational, decision-making
and communication skills and is a enthusiastic believer
in helping people achieve their dreams.
Robert Moberg - Cofounder
Robert has an impressive track record of success with
every company of which he has been a part. Gemco Department
stores quickly promoted him to store manager making him
one of the youngest managers in their organization. From
there, Robert joined an expanding pet retailer and made
a significant contribution in opening 45 stores in two states.
More recently, Robert was a vice president for Petco
where he raised co-op funds from $425,000 to over $2.1 million
in one year. He also commandeered a department and corporate
turnaround, and developed two new prototype stores for Petco.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, Robert started a consumer
products company to introduce a new litter technology in
the pet industry. Against significant challenges, Robert
succeeded in growing sales to over $10 million in 18 months.
Robert brings tremendous marketing knowledge and management
skills to the OHANA Health & Wealth Company Cofounder's
team
Walter G. England, BSME, MSME, PhD - Cofounder
Dr.
Walt England has extensive experience in the development
and growth of new business. Shortly after starting his career,
Dr. England developed a new division within an existing
engineering organization dedicated to environmental studies
which grew to sales of over $5 million in a three year period.
He then joined a nationwide engineering company as chief
operating officer and expanded sales from $9 million to
over $40 million in a 5 year period. During that time, he
also led a successful effort to open offices and develop
business internationally. Dr. England served as a Director
of two different engineering companies during this period.
In 1986, Dr. England formed his own firm, and expanded
it to include offices in six different locations throughout
the United States. In 1993, the corporation was sold to
a publicly held company. He remained with the buyer for
an additional three years serving as director of the consulting
division, and Vice President of Corporate Marketing, specifically
dealing with existing customers.
Most recently Dr. England has been a professor in the
Graduate Business Administration program at the University
of Phoenix, teaching business research and the utilization
of statistical methods to aid in management decisions. In
addition to his duties at OHANA Health & Wealth Company,
Dr. England serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors
of an international skin care products firm.
Extremely knowledgeable and as an expert in the realm
of international expansion, Dr. England is positioned to
help OHW expand throughout the world.
Glenn Baker - Cofounder
Upon returning home from a seven-month tour with Desert
Storm, Glenn joined his father's manufacturing and services
company. He was instrumental in increasing that business
tenfold and making it a successful venture.
Later Glenn utilized his impressive marketing skills
to achieve great success in the automobile industry. In
2001, he met Derick Benson and was introduced to Direct
Sales. Working closely beside Derick and while building
his own home-based business, he realized that this profession
and method of distribution was to have a profound effect
on him and his life philosophy. Derick recognized his leadership
potential and his charismatic speaking ability and invited
him to be a trainer in his mentorship program where he developed
the necessary skills that would serve him later and make
him truly valuable to the start-up of OHANA Health & Wealth
Company.
Glenn is passionate about helping people reach their
full potential, both personally as well as in building their
OHW business.
