It all began with an idea and a dream!

J. Derick Benson, President and CEO of OHANA Health & Wealth Company, had an idea; and most importantly he believed that someday, millions of people would benefit from it. Derick also had total faith that he could make it happen when he could get others to believe as well. He brought his idea to Deborah Mathis, his most trusted business associate at that time. She immediately saw and understood his vision and without hesitation they began the journey that has resulted in OHANA Health & Wealth Company. Derick continued to hand select the rest of his Cofounders Team. From his past 20 years of experience in the Home Business industry, he knew certain qualities were mandatory and he wanted only those who, first and foremost, truly care about people, who are honest, intelligent, with a keen business sense, and who would share his passion. He found his Team of Cofounders and they all got to work.

Derick and Deborah, with the help of their Cofounders Team worked on every aspect of bringing to life a viable company, unique and strong. Through thorough, careful and patient research, Mega A+ was born; a product that is technologically advanced and undoubtedly unique in the marketplace. Also, a partnership was formed to bring an internationally known, proven skin care line to the United States for our exclusive distribution.

Through years of study and research Derick developed a compensation plan that is unlike any other. As an expert in this field, he studied and analyzed hundreds of compensation plans. He was determined to make ours extremely lucrative for our Business Associates, while creating a financially stable, debt-free company and he accomplished that! With a thousand or more pieces involved in creating a company, and with all of them in place, we stood ready for the launch! Already we had an incredible Co-founders Team;: hard working, synergistic and willing to do whatever it takes! From that we knew that success was in store for us and for all who joined us!
